Return, Refund And Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event your gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you!

Returns

At Bespoke Gifting Studio, we are committed to providing a seamless and impeccable experience for every transaction conducted on our website. With a steadfast focus on excellence, we take utmost care in the delivery of our products, adhering to the highest standards of quality.

As a matter of policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges for products that are delivered in perfect condition, precisely as per the order placed. However, in the rare instance that you receive an incorrect product or encounter genuine damage, we are pleased to offer an exchange for a suitable replacement. Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds in any circumstances.

Our paramount objective is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your purchase, and we will proactively address any concerns that may arise during the delivery process.

 

To return a product or report any damages in transit, please get in touch with our customer care within 24 hours of delivery at support@bespokegifting.in 

However, in case You believe that there is a relevant requirement to return the items purchased by You through the Website such as for damaged products or otherwise, you may raise a request for Returns on the Website or by writing to us at support@bespokegifting.in with all relevant details as indicated herein. Any request for return or replacement will only be entertained if received by us within 24 hrs hours after the delivery has been made. 

 

Please provide your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.

For processing of Returns & Replacements, the following details will be checked by us or our team :

  • A Photograph of the products you wish to Return to Us:
  • Invoice which was billed to you on the sales of the Products.
  • The Original Products sold to You are returned unused, unaltered, indented, unscratched or otherwise damaged.
  • Original Packaging/ Box of the Products
  • Products tags, MRP label and any other product ancillaries are undetached from the products and are returned as-is
  • In case we deem that there are quality issues with the products that are requested to be returned by you, we or our team reserve the right to reject the return request and not accept Returns of the Products.
  • We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We use a third courier shipping company as our partner. Therefore, we do not get daily updates. Any issue with your order, kindly escalate it via mail on support@bespokegifting.in

 

Bespoke Gifting.in is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any order in the following cases:

  • If the complaint is made after 24 hours of the delivery time.
  • If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery.
  • If the recipient refuses to accept the product.
