Shipping Policy

Our shipping timelines are-

  1. Express shipping in metro and tier 1 cities: 2-4 working days.
  2. Standard shipping other cities: 5-9 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you can contact us via email support@bespokegifting.in or what app on 7021312691

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Bulk Order Shipping

For all the custom orders moq of 25 & above, outer gift boxes delivery packaging charges (corrugated boxes) and shipping will be as per actual.

 

Shipping Of Products

All orders are processed from our own Studio in Mumbai India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

 

Same-day Pickup From Our Studio

We now offer Same-Day Local Pickup (please note these are for customised single orders only in Mumbai) from our studio in Andheri West.

 

Place your online order by 12 noon Indian local time(IST), select “Local Pickup”and we’ll have your gift ready by 6pm that same day and available for pickup between 5 pm – 7 pm or anytime the following business day between 11am – 7 pm. You will receive an sms from us letting you know the moment your gift is officially ready! Pickup is available Monday-Friday only. 

 

Our studio address is Dilkap Chambers,308, 3rd Floor, Veera Desai, New Link Road, Andheri West. 

 

Once you reach our studio a member of our team will assist you. Please have a copy of order id  so we can match it up to your order. (We do allow you to send a friend, family member, or courier to pick up on your behalf but they must bring along a copy of your order id confirmation.)
