Can I place an orderdirectly through the website?
Yes. Select gift hampers are available for direct purchase through our website. Simply choose your hamper, complete the checkout process, and our team will take care of the rest.
Do you offer Cash onDelivery (COD)?
No. We currently accept prepaid orders only. As our hampers are curated and packed to order, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Is it safe to pay online onyour website?

Website orders are typically non-customised. For custom bulk requirements, we recommend reaching out to us directly.
Can I return or exchange a hamper?
Due to the nature of our curated gift hampers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will review the matter and assist with a suitable replacement wherever applicable.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?
