Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after confirmation, based on customisation scope.
• Processing happens only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• You receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a dispatch update once shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days, depending on location.
• Delivery may take longer for non-metro or remote areas.
• Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or factors outside our control.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India.
• For bulk or corporate orders with multiple delivery points, please connect with us before confirming.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
• Charges depend on delivery location, weight, and package size.
• All applicable charges are shared clearly before dispatch.

Packaging & Transit Responsibility

• All hampers are packed in corrugated boxes with secure outer wrapping.
• Once handed to a third-party courier, transit handling is managed by them.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

• Courier partners may attempt delivery upto 3 times as per their standard process.
• Please ensure accurate address details and recipient availability.
• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may not qualify for refunds.

Damages or Delays

• If transit damage occurs, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear images or videos of the package and contents are required.
• Any action, including replacement, is subject to review and discretion.

Shipping timelines and charges are shared in good faith and may vary based on courier operations.

As our gift hampers are curated and packed to order, we request customers to review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners
• Minor variations in packaging or presentation
• Transit-related damage beyond our control
• Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, recipient unavailability,or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order with an incorrect item or significant damage during transit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share the following for review:

• Clear images or videos of the outer packaging and inner contents
• Order reference details

After review, we will assist with a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement where applicable.

• Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be reviewed.
• All resolutions are handled with fairness and discretion.

Product Availability, Handcrafted Variations & Substitutions

At Bespoke Gifting Studio, our gift hampers feature handcrafted products and items sourced from small-batch and local artisan partners. Due to the nature of these products, availability may vary and certain items may become unavailable without prior notice.

If an item included in a gift hamper is unavailable at the time of order fulfillment, Bespoke Gifting Studio reserves the right to substitute the item with an alternative of the same type and of equal or higher value.

Any substitution is selected with care to preserve the overall quality, visual appeal, and purpose of the original hamper. Replacements are made only when the alternate item meets our internal quality and design benchmarks.

Some gift hampers include dried or preserved floral elements. As these flowers are seasonal and sourced in limited quantities, variations in flower type, colour, arrangement, and quantity may occur based on availability.

While dried floral elements will always be included where specified, the exact flowers used may differ from those shown on the website or in product visuals.

Pinewood boxes and other handcrafted components are produced in small batches. Natural variations in wood grain, tone, finish, and texture are inherent to handcrafted materials and are not considered defects.
