The details below explain our processing and delivery timelines so you can plan your order accordingly.
Order Processing
- Diwali orders are processed within 7–10 working days after order and payment confirmation.
- Processing takes place only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Please plan your orders accordingly, especially during the festive season.
- You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a dispatch update once your order has been shipped.
- Processing timelines may vary slightly during periods of exceptionally high order volumes.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days, depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery may take longer for non-metro or remote areas.
- During the Diwali season, courier networks experience high volumes. Delays may occur due to festive-season congestion, courier operations, weather or other factors beyond our control.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by our team.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- Some remote locations may have longer delivery timelines or may not be serviceable by our courier partners.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
- Charges depend on the delivery location, weight and package size.
- All applicable shipping charges are clearly communicated before dispatch.
Packaging & Transit Responsibility
- All hampers are securely packed in corrugated boxes with appropriate protective outer packaging.
- Once handed over to a third-party courier, transit handling and delivery are managed by the courier partner.
Diwali Product Availability
- Diwali hampers are prepared based on product availability.
- In case a particular product becomes unavailable, especially during the festive rush, we reserve the right to replace it with a suitable alternative of similar value and nature.
- Any such replacement will be communicated to the customer before the hamper is packed.
Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Courier partners may attempt delivery up to 3 times as per their standard process.
- Please ensure accurate address details, PIN code and recipient contact information while placing your order.
- Please also ensure that the recipient is available to receive the package.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details or recipient unavailability may not qualify for a refund.
- Any additional shipping charges for re-delivery may be borne by the customer.
Damages or Delays
- If transit damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear images or videos of the package and its contents are required.
- Any action, including replacement, is subject to review and discretion.
Important Diwali Note
Diwali is our peak gifting season, and order volumes are significantly higher during this period. We strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to allow sufficient time for processing, packing and delivery.
Shipping timelines and charges are shared in good faith and may vary based on courier operations, destination and festive-season demand.
As our gift hampers are curated and packed to order, we request customers to review the policy below carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
- Minor variations in packaging or presentation
- Transit-related damage beyond our control
- Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, recipient unavailability,or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order with an incorrect item or significant damage during transit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please share the following for review:
- Clear images or videos of the outer packaging and inner contents
- Order reference details
After review, we will assist with a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement where applicable.
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be reviewed.
- All resolutions are handled with fairness and discretion.

Product Availability, Handcrafted Variations & Substitutions
At Bespoke Gifting Studio, our gift hampers feature handcrafted products and items sourced from small-batch and local artisan partners. Due to the nature of these products, availability may vary and certain items may become unavailable without prior notice.
If an item included in a gift hamper is unavailable at the time of order fulfillment, Bespoke Gifting Studio reserves the right to substitute the item with an alternative of the same type and of equal or higher value.
Any substitution is selected with care to preserve the overall quality, visual appeal, and purpose of the original hamper. Replacements are made only when the alternate item meets our internal quality and design benchmarks.
Some gift hampers include dried or preserved floral elements. As these flowers are seasonal and sourced in limited quantities, variations in flower type, colour, arrangement, and quantity may occur based on availability.
While dried floral elements will always be included where specified, the exact flowers used may differ from those shown on the website or in product visuals.
Pinewood boxes and other handcrafted components are produced in small batches. Natural variations in wood grain, tone, finish, and texture are inherent to handcrafted materials and are not considered defects.
